Each session is a ceremony of intention meeting what is out of my control and that edge is where the magic happens.

I’m a Usui Reiki Master who has been practicing for over three years since my own personal initiations. During this time, I’ve learned to listen for how energy flows, converges, and asks to be received.

My continued education in Reiki, intuitive development, emotional processing, mindfulness facilitation, and astrology has shaped a modality that dances somewhere between practice and letting go. I’m particularly drawn to the way astrology offers another symbolic language for understanding patterns, seasons, cycles, and the larger movements that can mirror what we’re experiencing here on Earth.

I’m not here to claim I have all the answers — or to take credit for the work that happens. As a student of mindfulness, intuitive practice, and energetic work, I prioritize creating the space and conditions for something to shift, even when that shift is subtle or takes time to reveal itself.

I set the space. I listen. I follow what emerges. And I let the work become what it needs to be.

I specialize in meeting people where emotions, ceremony, and down-to-earth presence converge. Becoming me wasn’t linear — it was honest.

Whatever healing and guidance I have to share come from years of paying attention: to somatics, to the collective landscape, to the intuitive genius that emerges when we can finally stop forcing ourselves into outdated molds.
